For the question “Identify the field update limitations”, why is this answer incorrect: “In a batch update, workflow is retriggered on all entities where there is a change” ? At this link, it states that about halfway down the page: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=workflow_field_updates_reevalute_wf.htm&type=5. It says “In a batch update, workflow is only retriggered on the entities where there is a change”. Aren’t those 2 sentences meaning the same thing?
Hi Guys, Hoping someone can clarify the below answer from a question in the competitive quiz please.

A. Create a case assignment rule.
B. Create a criteria-based sharing rule.
C. Create a case escalation rule
D. Create an ownership-based sharing rule
The correct answer according to this site is D, however my understanding is that the correct answer is B. because when a Case is escalated, the Status of the Case = ‘Escalated’…which is a criteria.
Could someone please verify?
